Refund Policy
Once the product is delivered you should report within 48 hrs maximum for any defects like fitting issue, damage etc. in order to be applicable for exchange
If we have sent you wrong phone model which you have not ordered for then you are eligible to get a replacement case or a complete refund including shipping charges.
Once order is placed it customer should report within 4 hours or till order is dispatched if the order requires to be cancelled. Order cannot be cancelled once disaptched
Returns will be applicable only on certain products for which you ask support on whatsapp or email if the product is disliked (not satisfied reason) by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered. Exhange option is available on certain products for which details is mentioned below. Please note that protection layer if any must be intact
Return or exchange option is not available on clearance sale product
We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.
You may be asked to provide proof regarding defect or missing item of the phone case by sharing unboxing 360 degree video right from opening a sealed package. So please record when package is received
Refund will be initiated 72 hrs once shipment is received to us in perfect condition. Refund will be done via GPay, Paytm or UPI incase of COD order
- Return or Exchange is not applicable in the event of a little color differentiation on liquid silicone cases.
Once the customer places the order we believe that the customer has went through our product descriptions with images along with our terms & conditions and exchange policies.
TEMPERED GLASS / LENS PROTECTOR REPLACEMENT
Please note that return or replacement option is unavailable on tempered glass, lens protector. Incase damaged received then it's mandatory to provide an opening seal package 360 degree video right from opening the outer package in order to provide replacement. If there are bubbles during application we (Season Made ) are not responsible for that, it depends on application process. For perfect application you can follow a Youtube Tutorial of screen protector application.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
If the shipment is received at your end: in the first 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment you may log for an exchange, the product must be in a saleble condition with the original packaging. Any protection layer must be intact and not removed. Mail us your order ID and your new preference. You will have to send the shipment back to us at your cost & courier company. Further you will have to bear an additional Rs.200/- for the fresh shipment (we will send you a secure payment link or UPI ID at your registered email id).
We do not provide a refund for any orders once it is shipped from our warehouse. However, you can exchange it within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment at your end with anything else available on our website, just follow the steps mentioned above.
PS: We will only dispatch your new order once we have received the original order at our warehouse and the extra delivery cost for the new shipment. Exchange not applicable on liquid silicone cases
COD shipping amount and reverse logistics will be deducted upto Rs.250/- in case of refund if we manage to arrange for reverse pickup.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
